How it works

At HLD Fruits, we have been working hard on improving our service to our customers over the past couple of weeks, with improved ordering through this site and better route planning to deliver to more doorsteps every day than was possible before.

As we evolve our business, we will keep this page updated with any changes to how the ordering, payment and delivery process works to help our customers and hopefully avoid any confusion. Please read below for our step by step guide to food deliveries from HLD Fruits.

Placing your order

1. Review our delivery locations at the bottom of this page to make sure that we deliver to you - if you are unsure, please get in touch

2. Browse our available fruit, vegetables, pantry items and more on our online shop

3. Select the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart, selecting any available options and quantities desired

4. Proceed to the checkout screen by clicking on the cart icon in the top right of our website

5. Fill in your delivery details and payment information (please let us know at this stage of any delivery requirements / safe places to leave your order)

6. Confirm the order - you will receive an email confirmation that your order is being processed

Receiving your order

1. On the day that your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you

2. When our driver arrives at the delivery address, they will leave your order safely at your door and ring your doorbell / knock on your door to let you know it has arrived

Returning the crates

All of our deliveries are made using crates and boxes to ensure safe transportation of your food. We do not charge for them or for their return, we do endeavour to collect all of the crates so that they can be cleaned and re-used so as to reduce waste.

• If you place another order with us, we will pickup the crates on our next delivery to you

• If you choose not to place another order with us, please email us at support.team@homefresh.online and we will arrange collection
